Requirement for
Filing New Copyright Application
- Power of Attorney, simply signed by applicant, no legalization
required.
- Declaration of Ownership, simply signed by applicant, no legalization
required.
- Deed of Assignment, simply signed, no legalization required.
This document is required if the applicant is not the creator.
- For a picture/logo: 30 prints of the picture/logo.
- For a literature work: 3 samples of the work.
- For a design: 15 formal drawings (technical drawings) of the
design.
- For a computer program: 2 samples of the software in printing
and in discs.
- If the applicant is also the creator:
Copy of Deed of Establishment (if the applicant is a legal entity)
or copy of identity card/passport of the applicant.
- If the applicant is not the creator:
Copy of Deed of Establishment (if the applicant is a legal entity)
or copy of identity card/passport of the applicant (if the applicant
is an individual), and
Copy of Deed of Establishment (if the creator is a legal entity)
or copy of identity card/passport of the creator (if the creator
is an individual).
